redIT’s CEO, Murray Case has driven the company’s vision since co–founding it in 1998. Prior to his time at redIT, Murray spent twelve years in the investment banking industry, first with the Chase Manhattan Bank, and subsequently as Country Manager and Representative in Mexico for Salomon Brothers, Inc.
Murray began his professional career as a co–founder of two cellular communications companies. He is a CommNexus board member and a trustee of the American School Foundation and the Fundación MetroNet, both in Mexico City. He holds MBA and AB degrees from Harvard University.
As redIT’s Joint/Deputy General Manager, Hugo is responsible for Operations and Customer Relationships. Additionally, he is in charge of provisioning and day–to–day service delivery tha t meet contract’s SLAs for both business units, connectivity andmanaged services.
Before redIT, he worked for NextGen Internet Worldwide in Princeton, NJ, in charge of operations and also responsible for establishing business technology strategies and alliances.
Hugo has extensive experience in managing complex IT environments for financial institutions. He led the IT efforts for two of the most important merges between financial institutions and is still in the current of consolidating the financial services industry in Mexico.
Hugo led the Mexican Academic Network development in its early stages until the beginning of the deregulation of the telecommunications in Mexico.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Systems and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the Tecnol\xc3\xb3gico de Monterrey, where he later he served as Professor of Telecommunica tions Systems.
In 2007, he finished an Innovation & Technology Program at the IPADE in Mexico City.
As Managing Director, Joseph provides leadership in all aspects of redIT’s operations and drives the strategic direction of the Company. He has nineteen years of professional experience ranging from fast–growth start–ups to public companies in the medical device industries. For the past 10 years, Alfrey has served as a director and CFO of redIT.
Joseph is skilled in all aspects of finance, with emphasis in acquisition analysis, strategic planning, and fundraising. At Alaris Medical Systems, he handled corporate planning, strategic planning and business acquisition analysis. Previously at venture capital–backed Hearten Medical, he was a controller who oversaw all financial planning and internal/external reporting.
Joseph is a certified management accountant (CMA), and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in business economics from the University of San Diego and MBA in finance from San Diego State University.
Mark customizes redIT’s IT and software capabilities while identifying and implementing technologies to satisfy a range of corporations’ needs. This approach keeps redIT on the cutting–edge of data communications and Internet access. His leadership has helped redIT achieve SAS 70 Type II certification and adhere to fundamental operating disciplines supporting their data centers’ security, integrity and uptime. Assuring redIT expands and enhances their data center capabilities and value–added IT services focusing on specific vertical markets, Mark applies his extensive experience, operational aptitude and broad client–side background to continually achieve their growth goals.
Mark managed retail, publishing and fitness industry operations for more than 20 years, successfully growing numerous companies. Prior to redIT, he was the vice president and marketing director for Palos Software, a San Diego–based software company specializing in photo–ad magazines, for more than 7 years. There, he oversaw sales, training and installation for entire software systems. He also managed software engineers, and hardware and quality assurance specialists. Then, he was the chief operating officer for Let’s Play Sports, a sports center company based in San Diego. During his tenure, he helped the company grow to be the largest and most profitable center in the country with facilities in 10 states. From 1980 to 1988, Mark helped the San Diego Auto Trader grow from eight to 100 employees during his tenure as their operations manager.
Matt Stamper serves as the Vice President of Managed & Professional Services at redIT where he oversees the development and implementation of their suite of dedicated and cloud–based, managed service and security solutions. Stamper acts as the technical liaison between functional groups within redIT, ensuring continuity and quality control across the company.
Prior to joining redIT, Stamper served as Vice President of Development for CFO Strategies, driving the development of IT governance software for Sarbanes–Oxley compliance, risk management, and other mandates facing public companies. Previously, Stamper spent nearly 10 years with AT&T’s Enterprise Hosting and Global Services Divisions, providing a strong foundation of experience to understand and meet the IT infrastructure and managed services needs of a diverse range of companies. Stamper’s executive–level experience with independent data center, content delivery, and IT services companies provides a unique perspective and comprehension of entrepreneurial environments and the requirements of fast–growing customer organizations.
Stamper is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He speaks frequently about IT governance at a range of professional organizations, industry events, and graduate schools.
Daniel Dahan holds the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s US sales, marketing, business and partner development efforts.
Prior to joining redIT, Mr. Dahan spent seven years in a variety of sales and management positions at XO Communications, most recently managing their Enterprise and Data Center sales efforts in Southern California. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Broadband Highway, overseeing the revenue generating efforts for one of the first fixed wireless networks in Los Angeles. Over his 13–year career in telecommunications networking and infrastructure, he has played an instrumental role in the success of clients spanning a variety of different industries.
He is a native Californian and holds a degree from Duke University.
Mark has sustained redIT’s growth and expansion by fostering their reputation for state–of–the–art data centers, sound operations and unmatched customer service. He assembled redIT’s core team by complementing skillsets and experience to successfully run the data centers and assure excellent customer service. Further, Mark helped redIT’s data center operations achieve SAS 70 Type II certification, underscoring their ability to serve public and other organizations subject to regulatory compliance.
Looking forward, Mark will drive redIT’s strategic initiatives to further expand the data centers and value–added IT services, targeting the healthcare/medical, technology/software, financial/legal services and other key industries’ specific needs.
Mark has successfully built multiple companies delivering innovative applications to the legal and healthcare industries while pioneering data center capabilities. Throughout his 30 years of IT experience, he has created management information systems and expanded computer networks to meet companies’ continually evolving requirements. As a computer design specialist, he has developed numerous original computer programs and scalable systems to support mission–critical operations. Previously, he developed innovative attorney–billing software and electronic healthcare record (EHR) solutions. In the early 1990s, Mark founded Simplenet, a low–cost Web hosting company, which led to one of the world’s first colocation network data centers—entities ultimately purchased by Yahoo.com.
Lauro has more than 20 years of IT experience, with 15 years dedicated to sales roles as a product consultant, sales executive and country manager. He has an impeccable track record for success, with constant overachievement in sales and concurrent award winnings for the past 11 years. He is recognized in the market as an executive who has stalwart IT networking relationships as well as an honest and aggressive sales ethic.
At redIT, Lauro is a company partner responsible for Business Development, including Sales, Marketing and Strategic alliances. His objectives include increasing brand recognition, developing new channels to drive business and increasing company sales.
Prior to his time at redIT, Lauro worked at Gartner for 6 years, where he was hired to position Gartner to a leading brand in the northern region of Mexico. Based on results, Lauro was promoted to Country Manager for Gartner’ Mexican subsidiary, achieving double and triple digit growth. Past positions include more than 6 years at PeopleSoft Mexico and Grupo Maseca, where he was IT Manager for 6 years.
Lauro holds an MBA degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey and a B.A. in Computer Science for Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He is member of the IT Committee of IMEF and VP of Mexican Association of IT Professionals based in Monterrey, Mexico, and was also a member of the Sales Leadership Council for Gartner in 2004.
