Job Description:
This is an entry-level, Network Operations Center position. The ideal candidate will have between 1-2 years of Information Technology/Networking experience and a strong customer service background.
Summary:
Provides LAN/WAN network and facilities support by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains network stability
- Provide telephone technical support
- Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems
- Responds to client inquiries concerning system operation
- Provide clients with network technical support
- Assist clients with setup and minor maintenance of equipment

SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Job Description:
Perform a variety of tasks related to pre-sales and engineering in the areas of architecting, designing, implementing, and operating a managed services platform, with emphasis on virtualization, storage and security.
The candidate will support sales activity through technical presentations to various prospect and client audiences.
The candidate will be responsible for designing:
- Virtualization architecture for high-availability, and cloud-based environments using VMware vSphere and vMotion, Microsoft Hyper-V, and other related virtualization platforms.
- Storage architecture for a high-availability, dedicated, and cloud based solutions.
- Security architecture for end-to-end security management including SIEM, IPS, and vulnerability assessment capabilities.
Position requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment and explain complex system solutions to peers, management, clients, and prospective clients.
Job Requirements:
- Architect solutions for robust primary and disaster recovery solutions to support mission-critical enterprise services.
- Craft detailed design, implementation, migration, replication, vulnerability, and data correlation operations documents.
- Possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and to tailor content to audience as appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to author detailed system-level documentation including architecture, installation, and test plans.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description:
The Senior Account Manager will call on C-, Senior-, and Mid-Level management within the region presenting redIT’s comprehensive suite of IT Managed Services. The primary responsibility of this “hunter” role will be to target and close new logos.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all sales-related activities to grow net revenue, new bookings, and minimize customer churn.
- Utilize professional networks, relationships with customers, strategic partnerships, and executive forums to create new opportunities/prospects.
- Effectively qualify opportunities to ensure greatest return on time and resource investment (budgetary requirements, propensity to outsource, et cetera).
- Use an effective consultative approach to create highly differentiated solutions that establish redIT as a strategic business partner rather than merely a vendor.
- Provide accurate forecasting through redIT sales processes and CRM platform while effectively balancing opportunity development with prospecting activities.
Position Objectives:
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by targeting and closing new logos.
- Ensure and maintain minimum short-, mid-, and long-term funnel goals are met or exceeded.
- Utilizing market feedback, provide thought leadership to develop and strengthen the current service offering.
- Communicate effectively with peers, superiors and other redIT personnel to design and deliver solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in selling large, complex IT infrastructure solutions to C-level executives and senior management.
- Demonstrated success in applying consultative selling techniques with a verifiable track record in exceeding sales quotas.
- Knowledge of corporate IT issues and technologies and ability to create solutions using various hosting and colocation services.
- Demonstrated success in having sold one or more of the following:
IT Infrastructure Services
Virtualization & Server Administration
Data Storage, Back-up, & Replication
Managed Security
Colocation
